Late Mr. Moses Orife is the visionary Founder of Outreach International Media Limited. He studied marketing at the National School of Salesmanship, Manchester, England. He was an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and a full member of APCON and OAAN. In 2002, he founded Outreach International Media Limited as pioneer CEO and nurtured the company to an enviable position in the Nigerian advertising landscape, with extensive business acumen across Advertising, Agro-industry, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate, and Telecommunications.

Mr. Darlington Orife

MD / Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Darlington Orife is a visionary and result-driven leader with a solid academic foundation in Accounting and International Business. He joined Outreach in 2014 as Finance Controller and assumed the role of Managing Director / CEO in 2020. Under his leadership, Outreach International Media Limited has achieved strategic national expansion, operational modernization, and pioneering OOH advertising innovations.

Mrs. Ifeoma Uche

General Manager — Kano

Mrs. Ifeoma Uche joined Outreach in September 2010 and serves as the General Manager for the Kano Operations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy & Administration from Bayero University Kano. Recognized as a Peace Ambassador by the African Youth Assembly for Peace and awarded Most Impactful Change Maker in Kano by LoveWorld Inc., she brings unmatched expertise in administration and regional media management.

Mr. Mike Orife

General Manager — Admin & Operations (Lagos)

Mr. Mike Orife is the General Manager of Admin and Operations for Outreach International Media Limited’s Lagos office. He earned his B.Sc. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University. Joining Outreach in 2012, he spearheads technical operations, field infrastructure management, and project execution across the South West, South South, and South East.
